The answer is yes!!  Here I will explain two ways by which you can connect your PC to your phone.  So let’s get started …………
1.   Using Chrome Remote Desktop

Chrome Remote Desktop is the software tool developed by Google to remotely connect another PC through proprietary protocol developed by Google. Chrome remote desktop support remote assistance that is solving the issue of one computer from another remote computer .This is done in case of troubleshooting issue by computer experts . And it also support remotely accessing your desktop with your another devices like android phone or tablet. Chrome remote desktop is the most secured way of remotely connecting your PC.

Requirements for running Chrome Remote Desktop  :
On computer: Latest version of Google Chrome , Internet connection 
On Android phone : Chrome Remote Desktop application installed

 Steps to add Chrome Remote Desktop on your computer : 
 Step  I : Go to the following link for app download 

Step  II : 
Click on "Add to Chrome button"

It will pop up a box showing that what changes it can do .Simply click Add app .It will download the app and will automatically add it to chrome app store.
Step III :

Now go to the webpage from where you have downloaded the app and simply refresh it .You will see the button showing ‘Launch App’. Click on it  . Now you will be taken to this page .

Here on this page you will see two options  : 
 1. Remote Assistance : For solving issue of your computer by remotely located expert.

  2. My computers :  Controlling your computer from remote places  with portable devices like phone or tab.

Click on Enable remote connections  of second option.

Step IV :

Asking for Seting 6 digits PIN
It will ask you to set a 6 digits pin .This is the that you will need to enter when connecting via phone . Enter the PIN twice and  click Ok. This will  enable the remote connections to your computer .Once this is done you have finished your PC side work .

Step V  :
Install and open the chrome remote desktop application on  your phone .  You can download it from here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.chromeremotedesktop&hl=en_IN

   Note that you should be log in with same email id on both PC as well as  mobile phone

After opening the app you will see the name of your PC on your phone . Simply go ahead and tap on it and enter your PIN . Once you connected to your PC you will see this notification on  bottom side of your computer .Now you will be connected to your Computer and can  access it from anywhere .

And here you go !!
